It started with a simple observation: the search bar is changing.

For decades, we played the SEO game: keywords, backlinks, and fighting for page one. But as we watched the rise of Large Language Models—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity—we realized that "Search" was being replaced by "Answer Engines." We saw businesses that dominated Google suddenly become invisible in AI conversations because they lacked the technical "handshake" these models require.

BiDigest was born to bridge this gap. We realized AI visibility isn't a one-time setup — it's a living cycle. To help businesses get cited and recommended, we built a system that doesn't just guess, but measures and adapts through our Seeding Process Loop:

1. Track: We run custom, industry-specific queries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to capture how each model currently ranks and recommends your business — and your competitors.
2. Detect Sources: We identify which sources each AI platform actually cites when recommending businesses like yours — directories, review platforms, schema, content formats. Are you in them?
3. Identify Gaps: We surface exactly where the invisible spots are: missing structured data, citation gaps, content AI can't parse, or competitors appearing where you don't.
4. Create & Seed Assets: We generate the missing "handshakes" — JSON-LD schema, answer-first content, FAQ sets, compliance fact sheets — and seed them into the sources AI models pull from.
5. Verify: We re-track after each change to confirm AI recommendations improved. Did the citation rate go up? Is your business now in the Top 3? Data — not assumptions.
6. Repeat: Results feed back into Step 1. Each cycle tightens your position and widens the gap with competitors who aren't doing this.
